The incumbents were reinstated to their previous positions, meaning that the salary and benefits of the &quote;old&quote; position now applied. Does it amount to an unfair labour practice, to then reduce the salary back to the &quote;old&quote; position? Or the salary of this &quote;redundant&quote; post ought to apply?
