How many certificates would be considered the equivalent to a 4 year degree? I have hired people in the past with 3 or 4 certificates but no actuall associates or bachelors degree and those candidates considered them selves to have a bachelor's level education. However the HR Dept. for those companies that I worked for did not agree. So How many relevant certificates from accredited schools would it take to equal an Associates Degree and a Bachelors Degree?
