As I did not know how to add to my question after it was answeared but witth needed clarification i am posting a new one this is an addendum to my 1st question I am a state worker in hawaii and my emplyer is self insured and i had no idea they were overpaying me. If I had I would have called them . My pay is a state paycheck and is direct deposit.I even called the state workers comp office and they did not know the answear as they said &quote;it is not our form it is specific to the state hospital&quote;. Of course the hospital says it is legal. I have read the workers comp statue and could find nothing. thank you for helping. Alo recently personnel has sent me 2 new forms asking me to sign and not cross out the sentense .I of course refused. This case is 16 yrs old and i am just cming up to my PPD rating and the overpmt was 10 yrs ago. of course I have a copy.
