Is it a violation of an employees privacy if their boss goes to the corporate HR person, without their employees knowledge and tells the HR admin that this employee is going to take extend time off for a medical condition. The employee has never requested time off, the boss went behind their back and discussed the employees medical issues with HR, the employee never approved this.
