my employer sent a long list of complaints and false acusations about me to my union rep without my consent. i did not ask for the union to get involved in the current incident nor did i ask my employer to contact them on my behalf. can my employer

my employer sent a long list of complaints and false acusations about me to my union rep without my consent. i did not ask for the union to get involved in the current incident nor did i ask my employer to contact them on my behalf. can my employer just send my disciplinary forms to 3rd parties w/out my consent?
