As employee needs continue to shift, it can be difficult to know the best ways to leverage recognition and drive real impact. Gallup recently partnered with Workhuman to explore how organizations across the United States and Western Europe are using recognition to create human-centered workplaces and reap strategic business benefits like improved engagement and retention. Among the key results, the research found that employees who received the right amount of recognition were 70% less likely to be burned out always or very often and 56% less likely to be looking or watching for job opportunities.

Join Corinne Selk, Principal Strategy Consultant at Workhuman, and Ed O'Boyle, Global Practice Leader at Gallup, as they discuss these new findings and their significance for the future of work. This timely conversation will be filled with data-backed insights and real-world examples about what organizations need to be doing to build a culture of recognition where all employees can thrive and do their best work.
