Clayton held executive positions with tech giants IBM and, most recently, Cisco. During his successful career in New York, and the Asia Pacific and Japan region, Clayton has been responsible for leading sales, marketing, product and partner teams across the world. And in 2017, he was crowned an AFR BOSS Young Executive of the Year.

Clayton was a Co-op Scholar at UNSW where he earned a Bachelor of Science with first class honours in Business Information Technology. He also holds an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
