As an academic researcher with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, she has performed novel experiments and data analysis, resulting in scientific publications with applications in medicine, sensing, and signal processing. Lindsey started her data science career in healthcare, striving to improve the lives of people with chronic health conditions. At HireVue, she is working to completely transform traditional interviewing with a platform that focuses on understanding more of the candidate as a whole person, including interview responses, coding abilities, and cognitive skills as opposed to just the facts shown on a resume.

Simon is co-founder and partner in Best Practice AI, an AI management consultancy that works with executives to help create a competitive advantage with AI and digital transformation. He was until recently a member of the World Economic Forum's Global AI Council and holds a degree in Computing and Artificial Intelligence Simon has over 20 years of international senior management experience leading digital transformations and innovation through technology, data science, and AI. He co-founded the MapQuest.com service, the first geospatial internet brand. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Computing & Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex. He is a fellow at the Royal Geographic Society.
