In 2021, Brian assumed additional responsibility for parent company Impellam Group’s Centre of Excellence for Managed Services – a move that has helped to position Guidant Global and our customers for long-term, sustainable success through the delivery of key business enablers like project management, analytics, automation, talent marketing, and more. The Centre has improved efficiency, speed to revenue, boosted capacity, and delivered higher customer satisfaction.
Brian is unwavering in his commitment to changing the dynamic of MSP services, championing a better, more forward-thinking approach. He is an acknowledged expert and frequent speaker/contributor on Contingent Workforce Management, inclusive of total talent management, services procurement, and non-employee sourcing/management strategies. He has been recognized as one of the most influential individuals in recruitment by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), by featuring in their annual Staffing 100 North America list every year since 2019.
Before Guidant Global, Brian enjoyed leadership positions with two of the largest global HR consulting and Recruitment providers and held significant client management responsibilities for a leading SAAS provider of spend management software. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Amber also works with the product management organization, keeping everyone abreast of market trends, customer needs, and innovation within the industry. Her passion lies with the customer, being able to help organizations begin to realize how SAP Fieldglass can truly transform their business. Amber holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
