In today’s talent market, attracting the best talent is like trying to land an all-star sports star. You’re putting together competitive salary and benefits packages, but so are all the other companies…and you’re all vying for the same candidates.

But to attract the best talent and keep them engaged for the long-term, it’s not just about who can make the highest bid. It’s about creating a culture that is an idea meritocracy, has diversity of culture as well as diversity of thought, and gives high-performance employees a home where they can learn, grow, and develop their passions.

How can companies do this?

Founder & CEO Nicole Sahin shares stories from building a global business of high performers, data from studies on developing teams, and actionable steps your organization can implement to win the war for the best talent.

Audience members will:

  1. Learn what high performing employees are looking for beyond salary and benefits.
  2. Hear stories of the challenges Nicole has overcome as the leader of a high-growth team.
