Annie Diiorio is the HR Manager at Canidium, a Sales Performance Management consulting company that specializes in implementing and configuring commissions and pricing software. Canidium is based in Fort Collins, Colorado - the same city where Annie graduated from Colorado State University. She started at Canidium as the HR Intern, and has now been with the company for 4 years. As a department of 1 (plus an intern!), Annie is involved in all things HR and enjoys finding the balance between what's best for the employer and what's best for the employee. Annie works remotely and lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband and dog, and is currently training for her second half-marathon!
