In the post-pandemic era, HR leaders are grappling with protecting the well-being of the workforce while feeling additional stress themselves. In fact, the top challenge to employee engagement, according to HR professionals who responded to the latest HR Exchange Network State of HR survey, is burnout.

Still, many don't know where to begin when trying to manage their own stress, which means it is even more difficult to help others. While self-care and mental health and wellness have gained attention among Human Resources professionals, many stigmas remain, and many don't have the tools they need to solve this problem.

In the latest edition of HR Exchange Talks, we are gathering experts and thought leaders for a conversation on managing stress and prioritizing mental health and well-being.

Join us for this free, live conversation to learn:

  • Practical tips for managing stress
  • Recognizing the signs of burnout
  • Helping others and yourself to put well-being on top of the to-do list
  • How to perform easy mindfulness exercises
