Well-being is frequently viewed by employees as "just another task" to complete during the workday, and employers may consider it a productivity drain. Research suggests that, to the contrary, reinforcing well-being at work has a wide variety of benefits for employees and employers alike.

In this webinar, we will challenge conventional perspectives and propose new opportunities for well-being activities to be infused directly into an employee's flow of work. Join Dr. Christina Shane-Simpson, Limeade Institute Researcher and Psychologist, to explore the important topic of employee well-being.

Key Takeaways:

  • Recognize the interactions and behaviors that define an employee's flow of work throughout their workday.
  • Understand how to design the flow of work around employee experience to improve well-being, work performance, and employee productivity.
  • Learn how well-being should be measured before and after an initiative.
  • Link well-being in the flow of work with organizational culture.
