She is a thought leader in people analytics, HR technology, future of work, and employee experience with deep expertise spanning large multinationals including Kraft Heinz, GE and Deloitte. As a data analytics executive, Dr. Huang is passionate about leading change, building high-performing global teams, and helping business leaders see data as an asset in large organizations. She excels at showing executives the “art of the possible” through both 1-on-1 dialogues and facilitated hands-on workshops, and co-creating customizable, scalable solutions in predictive analytics in HR, Workplace Strategy, Supply Chain and Litigation domains. Dr. Huang is also a long-time practitioner of mindfulness and leads guided meditations in corporate settings to boost employee well-being.

For more than 10 years, Brett has served as a consultant to leaders at Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, ExxonMobil, AT&T, Citigroup, Delta Air Lines, and the Estée Lauder Companies, aiding in the creation and implementation of people analytics strategies and solutions. A recognized thought leader on emerging workforce trends, employee listening, and people analytics, he has published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, most recently on data visualization in The Cambridge Handbook of Technology and Human Behavior, as well as Elevating Equity: The Real Story of Diversity and Inclusion with Josh Bersin. Brett received his Ph.D. in social and industrial-organizational psychology from Northern Illinois University.
