Jolen Anderson New Global HR Head at BNY Mellon
BNY Mellon has announced it has chosen Jolen Anderson as its new global head of human resources. Anderson is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer and Chief Counsel, Employment and Social Responsibility for Visa. During her time with the company, Anderson also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Client Organization. Prior to joining Visa, Anderson practiced law at a Chicago law firm representing clients in labor and employment matters. She starts her tenure with BNY Mellon on September 2.
The Disability Equality Index Announces 2019 Best Places to Work
More than 160 companies have been named to the 2019 Best Places to Work list compiled by the American Association of People with Disabilities and Disability:IN. Of those companies, nearly 120 of them scored a perfect score of 100%. Some of those companies include:

50 Most Engaged Workplaces Announced
Achievers' 2019 List of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America has been released. This is the ninth year for the list. It celebrates the companies leading in employee engagement and recognition. The top ten companies are:
