With Australia’s traditionally diverse society often reflected in the growing diversity of its workforce, businesses of all sizes need to work to help employees both embrace and capitalize on their differences. This includes the Australian Federal Police force, which has begun a long-term strategic initiative to become more representative of the public it serves.
