In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, response teams, among other stakeholders, have a pressing need to understand employee responses to work from home and its challenges.
Unlike large census surveys, the variability and specificity of employee comments may preclude the application of typical HR topic models, while the number of comments may hamper the utility of topic modeling. This presentation will center on a methodology for practical text analytics that can be implemented using R, an open-source platform.
