Company culture, company culture, company culture…I keep hearing the buzz term everywhere. Why does this keep coming up in the news, daily articles, and in everyday conversations? Take a look at the most recent job boards; you will see in the company descriptions that many organizations are taking the time to highlight how great their company culture is.

That’s right! We participated in the 4th Annual Fall Stampede presented by Chick-fil-A that is held every September in acknowledgment of Childhood Cancer and Sickle Cell Awareness Month. Several employees ran the 5k, some participated in the 1-Mile Family Fun Run, and others cheered us on! It was a great way to build company culture while giving back. I smiled every mile!
