Peter Drucker is known as The Father of Modern Management. Six years after his death, Drucker Societies have grown and flourish around the world. Bill Cohen was one of the fortunate few who learned from Drucker first-hand as the first PhD graduate of the Drucker’s practitioner-oriented doctoral program which Drucker co-founded at Claremont Graduate University. This began a friendship which lasted 30 years. Meanwhile Bill became an Air Force general, wrote more than 50 books published in 22 languages, including two books on Drucker. Today he is president of the new California Institute of Advanced Management which is an affiliate of the Peter Drucker Academies of China and he writes a monthly column "Lessons from Peter Drucker." His third Drucker book, soon to be published by McGraw-Hill, is Drucker on Marketing.

- Are Drucker’s ideas still relevant for today’s organizations?
- What Drucker had to say about productivity
- How managing the "knowledge worker" differs from managing the traditional manual worker
- "Leading" workers instead of "managing" them
