Would like any and all feedback and or personal experiences. I have been focused in the IT recruiting niche for 10yrs but also have generalist/benefits experience (3 yrs). In this market, I am thinking of moving towards a more generalist role as I feel that will be more valuable to an organization long term. Any thoughts on what to expect trying to make this formal transition? I have BA degree, AIRS certification, HR Administration Certification and am pursuing PHR.
