In an effort to get employees back to work, companies across the United States are taking precautions, developing new protocols and assessing their options when it comes to life in the new normal. 

The pandemic has changed the landscape of how and where work gets done. There's a lot to consider and legal ramifications could accompany the decisions that are made. So what do employers need to consider and how will this effect their business. We sat down with Nancy Delogu, a shareholder and attorney with Littler, formerly Littler Mendelson, one of the largest labor and employment law firms in the world.
