1:35 PM Embracing Technology: The Executive Team Learning Journey

It all begins with a vision for innovation. Up-skilling a 100-year-old manufacturing organization requires more than strategy and implementation; it takes a learning journey that starts at the top with active participation and buy-in from senior leaders, outside-in thinking, and the ability to permeate a refreshed vision throughout the organization. During this discussion, Shelley Meador, CHRO, Allegion, will share the company’s experience building intentional leadership based on radical candor, embracing innovation and venturing, aligning HR with business goals, and applying innovation best practice to reinvent the way HR is delivered. As HR leaders assess the workforce capabilities and talent of the future, understanding the effects of emerging technologies is a top priority.
