In the last 25 years, Sindri has held both internal management and external consulting positions, providing expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, diversity/equity/inclusion, culture change, training and development, organization change management, succession planning, and performance management system reinvention. She has worked in a variety of industries such as retail, technology, financial services, advertising, pharma, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. She started her career at HP in a divisional OD role. At Levi Strauss & Co., she led the worldwide Training & Development team. At Context Integration and Wind River Systems, she was the head of Organizational Effectiveness, defining the role for the first time in both cases.
