Many companies and industries truly understand the value of having a diverse workforce, but still find themselves with workforces that are demographically homogenous. The PGA of America and the $84 billion golf industry found themselves in that situation. As they aspire for the sport of golf to become ‘exclusively inclusive’ in every regard, they recognize that will only be possible if the golf industry’s workforce becomes reflective of America’s multicultural consumer base.
