Jenn’s career in HR, Talent Development and Learning spans more than 20 years across multiple industries including Global Logistics, Software Development, Healthcare and now Luxury Retail. As the Director of Global Learning and Development at Tiffany & Co., Jenn heads up Leadership and Management Development; rooted in a Leaders at all Levels philosophy, this includes offering a modern approach to leadership development to all employees regardless of their role in the organization. Jenn helped lead the launch of a corporate university, TiffanyU, which offers learning and growth opportunities to all employees, when and how they need it. Her team has successfully launched and pivoted a variety of leadership development programs to be fully virtual; some by design and some out of necessity in response to 2020. She also oversees culture change and our virtual learning platforms and websites.
Jenn has obtained her Master’s Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and through that degree started to dive deeper into how to translate the impact and value Human Resources provides for organizations into true business metrics. She has expanded her expertise in this area of holistic measurement and is Gold Certified through Kirkpatrick Partners. Jenn now leads the measurement for all Learning and Development at Tiffany and consults across all aspects of Global Talent and HR to create a holistic measurement story connecting employee development experiences to achieving the Key Results for the organization.
