Theo will be presenting a case study on how L&D is driving diversity. Diversity and Inclusion was an important theme during LPL Financial’s Focus conference in 2018, and they have created a corporate wide initiative to increase cultural diversity at LPL, to address the changing demographics of their clientele and drive revenue. This session is a case study of how LPL, with it’s increased focus on diversity programming, is helping grow their businesses and build networks of like-minded business owners and play a role to change the landscape in the financial industry.
