In a widely publicized initiative a few years ago, eBay embarked on a journey to bring more women into its top ranks. Senior executives at the firm discovered the investment yielded substantial bottom-line and cultural benefits. Despite these findings there are still far too few women gaining entry into the C-suite. During this panel discussion attendees will :
•Learn about the unique cultures from some of the world’s most innovative companies
•Hear how they are pushing the boundaries on advancing female leadership
