Dr. Stephanie Clark is the System Director of Customer Experience & Chief Learning Officer for Baptist Memorial Health Care, one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the U.S. Since taking the position in 2002, she has continuously implemented a roadmap of progressive initiatives intended to make Baptist the best place to work, the best place to receive care and the best place to practice medicine. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as the Executive Director of Customer Experience for WellStar Health System where she led the patient and family-centered care model encompassing patient satisfaction, patient advocacy, complaint and compliment management, patient discharge call center oversight, employee engagement and physician engagement.
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics and International Relations from Agnes Scott College, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Regis University, and a DBA in Human Resource Management. She is a member of the West Tennessee Society for Healthcare Human Resources and the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2014, was awarded the Customer Service Professional of the Year Award from the Stevie Institute for her work in advancing the customer experience outcomes at Baptist. Stephanie lives in Collierville, TN with three kids, Tyler (16), Lorelai (13) and Makenna (6).
