Wellness as a Business Strategy




At Lincoln Industries, wellness is a part of the business strategy. The company received the 2008 C. Everett Koop National Health Award and is a five time Great Place to Work Top 25 Small Company to Work for in America.

In 2009, 90% participated in a Health Risk Assessment and 67% participated in a full metabolic blood profile. In 2004, tobacco use was at 42%, today only 16% use tobacco. Since the integration of wellness and safety, incurred medical/indemnity worker’s compensation costs have decreased 713%.
