The Carnival Cruise Lines team is comprised of 36,500 individuals with highly diverse skill sets, backgrounds and nationalities. While there will always be just so many Captains, Cruise Directors and Executives, Carnival’s ongoing training is designed to keep all team members engaged and enthusiastic throughout their career.
