North Shore-LIJ Health System is the nation’s second largest non-profit secular healthcare system employing 42,000 professionals. Creating a sustainable pipeline of talent by driving personal development is an integral component the Center for Learning and Innovation’s (the health system’s corporate university) success. One of CLI’s goals is to offer continuous learning opportunities to assist employees in the development of knowledge, attitude, and skills necessary to support the organization and its strategic goals.
