Women in Leadership and the Impact on Business

More companies should include woman in core leadership positions. Research shows it leads to better overall business performance including increases in ROI, sales and invested capital. Even more so, women bring a different perspective to business. Positive impact comes from their experiences, perspectives and competencies.
