We are currently recruiting a highly competent candidate based in HQ (Rome, Italy) to provide strategic and operational leadership to WFP’s Talent Deployment and Career Management function at P5 level. This global role reports directly to the Deputy Director, Human Resources Division.
As a member of the Global Talent Management Team, the selected candidate will be the subject matter expert in Talent Management providing best-practice expertise across the HR community. He/she will have a global responsibility to design and develop Global Talent Management strategy and solutions which ensure the business will manage, develop, motivate and retain employees while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving our strategic objectives.
