I am a white male. I recently experienced a severe instance of discrimination towards the male gender from my female boss and an attorney who works for us. the 2 ladies made several insulting remarks about both the male gender in general as well as their own respective husbands. The remarks were so bad that our HR Manager? Well, she actually left the room. I have both the HR Manager as well as another female coworker as witnesses.
The HR manager has no HR experience, and so I do not feel comfortable to relying upon her for advice.
I do not know what to do from here. I feel that the 2 women should be held accountable as they are both in senior executive positions.
