I am curious what, if any, additional benefits should be expected when an employee voluntarily takes on an extended trip (3 months) to another plant to fill in for an employee on medical leave. Obviously the company covers travel, housing and meal expenses, but I wonder if there are any other typical or atypical benefits that could be expected...spouse's travel to visit? Thanks in advance!
