I am not layed off yet and have some questions. Not sure if you can help or atleast direct me. I have a job that has cut my pay by 30%, put me down as a field technician, and now wont give me 40 hours. (last week would only give me 15) and will not release me/let me go. If I quit they will not have to uphold their obligations set forth under workman's composition, right?
