I am wondering how other medical offices are handling the recent weather delays/closures with regard to staff pay? Are hourly staff (nurses and administrative staff) being paid for these office closures or do they have to use their PTO? If we have staff here there are no patients, which is a waste - if we close, we have angry patients but relieved employees. What do other people do?
