I have a manager that will be going on a first discilpine because he is mis- managing projects. He said and it is true that he has brain surgery 4 years ago with a brain tumor. The tumor was removed but recently he is having memory losses and cognitive thought process difficulties. He is consulting his pysician and also is seeing a therapist because he is having depression n stress. Can I continue disciplinie him at this time. What are my options?
