I have held my position for 4 years, my bosses with Lancome have continued to take credit for all my ideas and events during this time. I took a stand and now they are saying my position is being elimated, and a new position ( which is my job discription) is being created and I must now interview for this new title position. also this "e;new position is only in Dallas Market"e; I feel they are trying to get rid of me, Since I have never had any problems and have been an over achiever, what Can I do? Also I just found out Im Pregrant and im afraid to say anything....Pls help...i am so stressed
