I have two reports and a VP above me. The VP constantly gives my two reports things to do without telling me. Today my two reports went for coffee and were gone for 30 minutes. When I went down to the coffee shop I discovered the VP having an informal meeting with them. I politely declined to join them. On my reports' return one of my reports said 'its nice to have an all girls meeting once in awhile'. How should I proceed? I'm the only male in this group.
