I recently took a telehne interview with a company. Recruiter never got back to me with feedback. Only after several calls , he said there are cople of more candidates to be interviewed and he will get back to me later in following week. he never called back. I tried to call back and he nevver picked up.
SHould I call him back or I should take this as signs that they dont want to talk to me.
All I wanted to hear was yes/no and if its NO what was lacking so that I could improve.
