I was employeed with the understanding that I would be reimbursed for my portion of the health coverage my husband has through his employer. I was also having an Aflac benefit paid by my employer. The company is making room for growth and is requiring employees to pay a portion of their health insurnace and all of the Aflac premiums. My question is that these were stipulations of my employment with this company, am I subject to the new policy changes?
