I was given a write up. Not really a big deal but I found out later my boss told another co-worker about this write up and what it was about? The co-worker told me that I needed to follow the write up exactly or I could be on the chopping block. The fact I was written up doesn't bother me but the fact my boss went to this co-worker (the are outside friends as well) really bothers me. I am in California do I have any recourse?
