When i was initially hurt i signed a form which one statement read "e; i do not want to use vacation or sick leave and just recieve 66 2/3 of my pay AND "e;I AGREE TO PAY BACK THE STATE ANY OVERPMT"e; I CROSSED OUT AND INITIALED the PART ABOUT OVERPMT AND PAYING BACK AND INITIALED IT. 5 YRS LATER THEY CLAIM THEY OVERPAID ME BY $17,000 AND ARE takING OUT $200 MO mY ATTorney said he did not know if form was legal. can anyone help me?? sorry for my typing
