I would like to build a list of peoples most favorite interviewing questions but I would like more then the question. I would also like to know what you are trying to find out and what you think is a good answer. As an example one of my favorite questions is: "e;What do you think is a fair attendance policy? How many time should you be able to miss or be late to work in a 6 months period of time for other than being personally sick"e;? I find that one people do not lie to this question and two that I get a real picture of their attitude about being at work on time. I also find out if they may have other things in their life that may cause them to miss work or be late.
