I would like to know why the human resouce dept of my hopital won't let me read my file. Is this my right? There was some serious slander in my files and I have ever been written written up until one of the employees I have a personality conflict was temporarily put in charge. Then when I went back to ask to read the file the HR informed me that she had sent down information that I had called in alot since July of last year. This is not true and I don't know if I have any right to my files or what my legal rights would be. I'm still a PRN at the hospital but not allowed to work. Please explain how all this works. The hospital is in Ft. Worth Texas.
