We are in the process of changing our Customer Service Department into Inside Sales Department, the problem we are facing is that few employees are refusing to be a part of this change, they are pretty adamant about staying in their current role as CSR. How do I tackle this situation ? Do I have to get rid of them, if I do that what happens to the morale of the department. It is a small department consisting of eight employees and six of them are refusing to be a part of this change. Please advise... Thank You.
