We have a formal telecommuting policy and it has received some positive results, however, some supervisors are not supportive of the policy and there are many employees who are reluctant to apply for the program for fear of being viewed negatively by their supervisors and there are some employees who are telecommuting but feel they are less productive than they could be because the company's IT dept will not provide them with a means to print documents while telecommuting. What plan can be created to address these issues. Is there any relevant data to support your position.
