We have an employee who was in a car accident and is on disability, and working four hours a day, he normally works 7 1/2. The car accident was not on work time. The managing partner wants to ask him if he's building a case for a lawsuit. Is he allow to ask that? He thinks the characater of the employee is at stake. We do have a doctor's note on file.
