what is the policy for racial hate crimes from a shift supervisor and a store mgr that did not take any disipline action. i know for a fact this actully happened in aug 09 in front of crew and store mgr. the newest shift supervisor added to our store openly admitted that she hated white people. when she was asked why by the store mgr the reply was "e;i don't know i just do"e;. the reply was from the store mgr was "e;well i hate stupid people"e;. ever since this shift supervisor to our store, there has been nothing but problems i.e. more heated discussions during store operation, due to the statement of hating white people there have more of a target to get certain crew members, double duties being done when this shift super is opening the store, more yelling to crew, and other mgrs even when there are customers around.i have wanted to talk to our dist mgr but there is never time. store mgr is aware of these situations. no corrective action is known nor has anything has changed since she has been employed at this store. as a crew member i want to be transfered to another store since i personally being targeted or be advised of what to do about this situation and still have a job.
